ACCELERATED GROWTH
Therapy Intensives
Therapy intensives are offered in focused blocks of time ranging from 4 to 20 hours and may be scheduled over one week to one month. Intensives offer the space to stay focused, build momentum, and work through patterns with more clarity, support, and connection.
One of the main reasons I felt drawn to offering intensives is that I began to see how much time and energy can be lost when meaningful work is spread out too far over time. Weekly therapy is very helpful, and it has an important place. At the same time, with many experiential approaches, it often takes several months for clients to settle into the process, build trust, develop a stronger sense of connection in the therapeutic relationship, and feel confident using the tools in their daily lives.
I also began noticing that when sessions were spaced a week or two apart, we might do meaningful work around one issue, and by the next session life had moved in a different direction. Often a new concern was front and center, and there was less opportunity to stay with the original issue long enough for fuller insight, processing, and integration. At times, the work could begin to feel more scattered than focused.
My own experience in Brainspotting training helped clarify this even more. When we met over several days in a row and stayed with the same issue while it was still active and fresh in the mind and body, the process felt more connected, focused, and effective. That experience helped me recognize how powerful a concentrated format can be.
That is what led me to intensives. I wanted to offer a format that gives clients the chance to stay with what they most want to work on in a more intentional and supported way. Because this type of service falls outside the usual structure of insurance-based therapy, it is often the best fit for clients who are looking for a focused private-pay format and are ready to make a meaningful investment in their growth and healing.
I take that investment seriously. I care deeply about the quality of work I offer, and I continue to invest significantly in my own training, learning, and personal healing so I can bring depth, skill, and presence to the clients I serve.
One benefit of an intensive is the sense of continuity it provides. Instead of using part of each weekly session to catch up, we can stay close to the work and build on new insights about the issue you want to address. This keeps our focus clear, and helps us use our time more intentionally.

Finishing up the program structure! Plus summer travel. But very excited!
Intensive Modalities
Brainspotting
Brainspotting can be especially effective in an intensive format because the process stays active from one session to the next. Rather than stepping away for a week and then trying to reconnect, we are able to return to the same issue while the emotions, body awareness, and emerging insights are still more available. This can help the work unfold with more focus, allow patterns to become clearer, and create more space for processing, integration, and nervous system settling
EMDR
EMDR can be especially effective in an intensive format because it allows more time to stay with a specific memory, trigger, or negative belief without losing the thread of the work between sessions. Rather than pausing for a week and needing to reconnect with the material, we can continue building on what has already opened up. This often makes it easier to track related memories, notice how the belief system is organized, and give the processing more room to unfold and settle. Creates space for preparation, resourcing, and integration along the way, which can support a steadier and more contained experience.
Parts & Archetypes
Archetypal work can be especially meaningful in an intensive format because it gives us time to stay with a pattern long enough to really understand it. Rather than touching on an issue briefly and moving on, we can look more closely at the recurring roles, themes, and inner dynamics shaping your experience. Over several sessions close together, it often becomes easier to see how a particular archetypal pattern shows up in relationships, decision-making, self-image, or life transitions. This kind of focused time allows the work to become more connected, reflective, and personally meaningful, while helping you develop clearer language for what has been shaping your inner and outer life.
Intensive Packages
Intensives are offered in the following package
-
4 hours — $400
-
8 hours — $800
-
12 hours — $1,200
-
16 hours — $1,600
-
20 hours — $2,000
Hours are scheduled in blocks of up to 4 hours per day and can be used within one month of your start date. This allows you to use your package in a way that fits your needs, whether you prefer to meet over a few days or spread the sessions out across several weeks.
Larger packages, especially 20 hours, may require more advance planning depending on schedule availability.
Why Clients Choose This Format
Many clients appreciate this format because it allows them to use their time, energy, and financial investment in a more focused way. Rather than stretching the work out over a longer period, an intensive creates space to stay engaged, build on insight more quickly, and make thoughtful use of each hour.
What an Intensive May Include
An intensive is designed to give focused time and support around one issue or theme you want to work on while making the process feel structured, and manageable. My goal is to help you stay connected to the work in a way that feels supportive and clear, with space for pacing, reflection, and nervous system care along the way.
Before Your Intensive
We begin with a planning session so I can understand your goals, learn more about what you would like to focus on, and shape the experience around your needs.
You will also receive tools to help you prepare, which may include:
-
Reflection questions
-
Journal prompts
-
A workbook or preparation guide
These materials are designed to help you organize your thoughts, clarify your focus, and begin connecting with the themes you want to explore.
During Your Intensive
During the intensive, we work in extended blocks of time with plenty of breaks built in throughout the day. There is space to pause, reset, move around, eat, reflect, and let things settle. We can schedule 2 hours in the AM and 2 hours in the PM. In those 2 hours we can take breaks as needed, move, stretch or gentle yoga.
The process is designed to feel supportive and paced, rather than rushed. We move in a thoughtful way, staying connected to what feels important while also respecting what your system needs.
Depending on your goals, your intensive may include approaches such as:
-
Brainspotting
-
EMDR
