Groups and Classes

Groups for deeper healing, reflection, and personal growth

Group work offers a shared and enriching space for reflection, focused learning, and meaningful inner growth. Each group will have a focused theme, with a set timeframe. My groups are designed for people who crave community and feel drawn to experiential approaches that support deeper self-understanding.

These are thoughtfully guided groups built around clear themes rather than open-ended discussion alone. Depending on the group, our time may include mindfulness, guided visualization, SoulCollage®, journaling, archetypal reflection, creative exploration, and shared insight. The group setting can offer both personal discovery and the value of learning alongside others who are also engaged in meaningful growth.

Group work can be a powerful space to feel less alone, gain fresh perspective, and deepen the relationship you have with yourself.

Groups…

SoulCollage

A creative and intuitive space for exploring different aspects of yourself through images, symbolism, and personal meaning. Each group session will have its own theme and learning.

Midlife

Midlife often brings change, reflection, grief, reinvention, and the desire for a more authentic life. These groups offer a supportive space to explore this season with greater compassion, insight, and self-understanding.

Archetypes

A space to explore the deeper patterns, roles, and symbolic themes shaping your life. Archetypal work can bring powerful insight into your struggles, strengths, and the ways you are being called to grow.
