Below, I provide detailed information on the various approaches and concepts we can explore during our time together. The path we choose will depend on where you are in your life right now. If you want a more introspective path and to explore your patterns and how you relate to yourself and others, archetypal exploration, inner child work, and guided visualization may be a good fit. If your focus is healing past trauma, Brainspotting (Joanne's explanation), SoulCollage®, nervous system regulation, inner child work, or Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy may be supportive. If you want to weave spiritual insight into everyday life for personal growth, archetypal and shadow work, SoulCollage®, mindfulness, expansion-focused Brainspotting (as explained by Victoria), or hypnotherapy may be meaningful options.

If you have a particular goal, such as improving health, reducing stress, or making a career decision, learning about a past solution- and strengths-based approach combined with mindfulness training and nervous system regulation may be most helpful, or maybe exploring family patterns with a family-of-origin focus and archetypes. One suggestion I have is to begin with your main goals so we can work through them one at a time, starting with what feels loudest in your life right now.

My Specialized Services

01

Brainspotting Explained (by Wildbloom Therapy - watch her  part 2 video -  , she mentions one processing spot, but there may be more than one spot used during a session.) Brainspotting is a focused brain-body approach that helps access and process emotional material held below conscious awareness. By using eye position, attunement, and mindful presence, it supports deeper healing of patterns, stress responses, and unresolved experiences.

02

Mindfulness and self-compassion-based therapy

My work is influenced by mindfulness-based and contemplative approaches that help cultivate greater awareness, self-compassion, and emotional flexibility. Rather than focusing on changing every thought or feeling, we learn to observe our inner experience with curiosity and presence, creating more freedom in how we respond to life's challenges. This approach supports resilience, deeper self-understanding, and a more balanced relationship with yourself.

03

SoulCollage® is a creative and intuitive process that uses image-making to help you explore different aspects of yourself and your inner life. It can bring insight, symbolism, and emotional clarity in a way that reaches beyond words alone.

04

Archetypal exploration draws from universal inner patterns and symbolic themes that can offer insight into your personality, struggles, gifts, and life path. Inspired by Caroline Myss’s work and some Jungian, it helps bring awareness to the deeper roles, shadow work, energies, and patterns shaping your inner world.

05

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and inward focus to help you access deeper emotional material, core beliefs, and earlier experiences that may still be shaping your life. It supports healing through insight, emotional release, and a stronger connection with your inner self.

06

Guided Visualizations

I assit you in a visualization combines  attunement, and focused inner awareness to help you explore your inner world in real time. It creates a quiet space to turn inward and listen more closely to yourself, allowing deeper insight, emotion, body awareness, and material beyond words alone to emerge naturally.

07

Nervous system regulation involves learning how to understand and work with your body’s stress responses so you can feel more steady, safe, and present. This may include breath, body awareness, grounding, pacing, and other tools that support resilience and emotional balance.

08

Strengths-based and solution-focused work helps you build on what is already working while clarifying practical steps forward. This approach supports confidence, momentum, and change by focusing on your resources, goals, and capacity for growth.

Family of origin therapy explores how early relationships, roles, and emotional experiences continue to shape the way you relate in the present. It can help you understand patterns connected to self-worth, anxiety, boundaries, conflict, relationship dynamics, and the ways you learned to seek safety, connection, and stability while growing up. This work is not about assigning blame, but about developing a clearer understanding of how patterns took shape, how they may still be influencing your life, and what new patterns you want to create now. It can be especially helpful for those wanting to heal old wounds, grow in self-awareness, and relate to themselves and others with more understanding.
