Focused Therapy Intensives
A different kind of therapy experience: holistic, focused, creative, and immersive.
Accessible Counseling Intensives
A calmer mind. A kinder relationship with yourself
Welcome to my online counseling practice. As an experienced, licensed therapist, I've spent 20 years sitting with people from all walks of life — and I've come to see how much we all carry: shame, fear, self-doubt, old hurts, and a quiet inner critic that pushes us to be perfect. So many of us long to feel at peace with ourselves, to trust who we are, and to know we are enough.
We all carry stories about who we are. The hopeful truth is that those stories can soften and change. As the critical voice behind them eases, a kinder, calmer one can rise — one that sees you clearly, speaks to you with warmth, and trusts who you are becoming.
You are already whole. Within you is a wise, authentic self that is ready to shine. With a little space and awareness, it can come forward — and you can come to know yourself more honestly, meeting your own heart with patience and curiosity, and feeling more at home in who you really are.
Perhaps you find yourself reaching toward:
-
A calmer, quieter voice within
-
A warmer, more understanding relationship with yourself
-
A steady, growing sense of self-trust
-
Clearer awareness of the stories and patterns you carry
-
The freedom to set down old patterns so your true self can grow
-
You're spiritually open — you like weaving spirituality and intuition into everyday life. Yes, "woo-woo" welcome. :-)
If you value unhurried, focused time to grow a calmer, kinder relationship with yourself, a therapy intensive offers exactly that.
Therapy intensives are longer therapy sessions of 4 to 12 hours, focused on one area of your life or a specific issue. We arrange the timing together—in a single day, or spread over several days or up to 2 weeks This format offers a more concentrated therapy rhythm while still allowing space to pause, reflect, and move at a comfortable pace. After your intensive, we can discuss what kind of continued support may be helpful, including traditional therapy sessions, additional intensive time, or as-needed support.
You May Be Drawn to Therapy Intensives If You…
-
Want to build momentum — You'd like a longer block of time on one focus, building steadily from start to finish.
-
Want to stay on your goal — In weekly therapy, life keeps bringing new things to each session; an intensive keeps you on the goal you came to work on.
-
Have a focused theme in mind — one specific issue or topic you want to give your full attention to.
-
Have a full life and limited time — You'd like to set aside focused, dedicated time that fits a busy schedule.
My name is Christina. Let me briefly describe my approach. My hope is that our time together supports a fuller understanding of your thoughts, emotions, body awareness, and inner patterns. Sometimes this happens through conversation and reflection. Other times, we may use body-based awareness, imagery, Brainspotting, creative exploration, or experiential methods to help you connect more clearly with what is happening inside.
We incorporate visual imagery, somatic mindfulness, expressive and creative therapy, parts-based exploration, archetypes, inner-child work, solution-focused reflection, and, yes, some traditional talk therapy. The goal is to find a way of working that fits your personality, your life, and the way you naturally process things.
Spirit is welcome here in an inclusive way — intuitive, mystical, or simply meaningful to you — that honors your own beliefs, sense of purpose, and connection to something beyond the self.
Building a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself lies at the heart of how we work together.
In general, you may like working with me if…
-
You are curious about your inner world — your memories, beliefs, dreams, and the relationship themes that recur in your life.
-
You enjoy making connections — seeing how your past, present, nervous system, and life patterns relate to one another.
-
You are drawn to experiential, mind-body-spirit ways of working, where the body, intuition, and creativity have a place alongside conversation.
-
You like having something to return to — reflections, notes, practices, or images that keep you close to what felt meaningful.
I'm a licensed therapist with 20 years of clinical experience and 50 years of life experience. I care so much about creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, thoughtful, and truly human.
Contact me with questions or to schedule a free 15–20 minute consultation. This gives us time to talk through what you’re looking for, discuss the intensive format, and make sure it feels like a good fit for your needs.
